Together we will shuttle out to the Sonoma Raceway for an adrenaline-fueled team building extravaganza that will include lunch alongside the track, Karting and Autocross. At Alaris Equity Partners, we thrive on conquering uncharted territory and fostering teamwork, and what better way to embody these values than hitting California’s most legendary racetrack!

Picture this – your team, comprised of colleagues and friends alike, coming together to take on the thrilling twists and turns of the Autocross Challenge. As you navigate the course in high-performance vehicles, the roar of engines and the scent of burning rubber will serve as the backdrop to an unforgettable experience. The Autocross Challenge isn't just a race; it's a metaphor for the challenges we face in our professional lives – demanding precision, communication, and trust to emerge victorious.

Following the high-speed intensity of the Autocross, get ready to take the competition to the karting track. Feel the wind in your hair and the rush of excitement as you maneuver your agile kart through the course. Karting adds a dynamic twist to our team building, encouraging friendly rivalry and showcasing the importance of strategy and collaboration.

KARTING

Together we will enjoy California's fastest karts on California's longest track! As they say at the Sonoma Raceway, today's breeding ground for tomorrow's champions! One of the top go karting venues in the U.S., the Sonoma Raceway Karting Center offers a range of courses featuring its state-of-the-art, race-prepared karts, aimed at novices and experts. They will be providing professional driving instructors, all the required safety gear, their fleet of LO206 karts which are capable of speeds up to 60 mph, and of course you can count on there being some awards and loads of fun!

AUTOCROSS CHALLENGE

A thrilling competition that demands car handling, concentration, and precision maneuvering over outright speed! In this intense, rapid-fire event two groups will compete in a timed driving challenge that puts driving skills and teamwork to the test.

Dress code:
Sporty Casual, closed toe shoes appropriate for driving.
Feel free to bring a hat and sun protection as we will be outdoors for a portion of this event.

Saturday Reception & Dinner

MIGRATION WINERY

The Shuttle will be leaving Stanly Ranch at 5:45pm to take us to Migration Winery. We will enter to a reception followed by a business casual sit-down dinner. The centerpiece of Migration winegrowing program is the Running Creek Vineyard. Located on River Road, in the heart of the magnificent Russian River Valley, this spectacular Estate vineyard features 70 acres of Pinot Noir vines, and 20 acres of Chardonnay.

Migration is an award-winning winery best known for its cool climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

All dietary restrictions have been taken into consideration.

9:30pm Shuttle to Stanly Ranch

If you would still like to visit and unwind, we welcome you to join us at The Bear Restaurant for a late-night cocktail from 9:30pm onward.
